Olive Remote Desk is software provided by Next Olive Technologies, Aliganj, Lucknow 226022, India ("we", "us"). By installing or using it you agree to these terms.
Olive Remote Desk is licensed, not sold. The free tier is for personal, non-commercial use; commercial use requires a subscription or a licence key.
You may only connect to computers you own or have explicit permission to access. Using Olive Remote Desk for unauthorised access, surveillance or fraud is prohibited and will end your licence.
We aim for high availability of the hosted signaling service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page.
A subscription covers one device for one month per payment (₹200 plus 18% GST) and does not renew automatically. A licence key covers the number of computers and the term agreed when it is issued. We may revoke a key after a refund or chargeback, or block a device used in breach of section 2.
