RemoteDesk is licensed, not sold. The free tier is for personal, non-commercial use; commercial use requires a paid plan.
You may only connect to computers you own or have explicit permission to access. Using RemoteDesk for unauthorised access, surveillance or fraud is prohibited and will end your licence.
We aim for high availability of the hosted signaling service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Self-hosting is available if you need your own guarantees.
The software is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use.
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page and by email to account holders.
