Olive Remote Desk and its hosted servers are operated by Next Olive Technologies, Aliganj, Lucknow 226022, India (nextolive.com). In this policy "we" means Next Olive Technologies.
To introduce two devices, the signaling server processes their Olive Remote Desk IDs, any alias you set, your IP address and the time of each connection request.
To run the 30-day trial and licence keys, the app sends a device fingerprint made of hardware identifiers (such as the machine ID and disk serial). These values are salted and hashed on your computer before they are sent, so we store hashes, not your serial numbers. Alongside it we store the trial start date, session counts and, if you activate one, your licence key.
Screen contents, keystrokes, clipboard data, chat messages and transferred files are encrypted between the two devices. They are never stored on our servers and cannot be read by us, including when they pass through our TURN relay. Unattended-access passwords are stored only as a salted hash on your own computer.
If you subscribe, we keep your name, phone number, email address and GSTIN (if you give one), together with the payment reference, so we can issue, move and support your subscription. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
