The signaling server sees the device IDs that need to be introduced and the timestamps of those requests. That is what makes a connection possible; it is kept only as long as the session is active, plus a short log window for abuse prevention.
Screen contents, keystrokes, clipboard data and transferred files are encrypted end-to-end between the two devices. They are never stored on our servers and cannot be read by us.
If you buy a paid plan we store your name, email and billing details with our payment processor. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
If you run your own signaling and TURN servers, none of the above data reaches us at all.
